Your invitation lists everyone we have reserved a seat for. If your invitation includes a guest, your RSVP will show an option to add their name. Because our venue is intimate, we are not able to accommodate additional guests — thank you for understanding.

We love your little ones, but our celebration is adults-only — except for our flower girl, ring bearer and children named on your invitation. Ask us and we'll share a list of trusted babysitters in Franschhoek.

Please respond by 20 January 2027. You can change your response any time before then using your personal invitation link.

Garden formal. Think suits (tie optional) and midi or floor-length dresses in soft, natural tones — see the dress code section for colour inspiration. The ceremony is on grass, so block heels or flats are your friend.

Please arrive between 15:15 and 15:45. The ceremony begins at 16:00 sharp.

We are having an unplugged ceremony — we'd love to see your faces, not your phones. Our photographers will capture everything and we'll share the photos here. Once we've said "I do", snap away and upload your photos on our Share Photos page!

Absolutely. Tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies in your RSVP and the estate kitchen will look after you.

Late March in the Cape is usually warm and golden by day (often 25–30 °C) and cooler after sunset. Bring a wrap or jacket for the evening. We'll share the forecast here a fortnight before the wedding.

The Oak Garden and Barrel Hall are step-free, and accessible parking is available close to the entrance. Let us know about any accessibility needs in your RSVP and we will make sure you are comfortable.

There is free, marshalled parking for about 120 cars in the lower orchard at the estate. If you plan to enjoy the wine, please use the shuttles instead.

Yes — shuttles run from the village and our partner hotels, departing from 14:35 and returning at 00:15, with an early shuttle at 22:00. Request seats in your RSVP so we know how many to book.
